Leah graduated from Central St.Martins, London with a B.A (hons) in Fashion Design, and has twenty years experience in production management campaign, e-commerce and broadcast media. Leah has extensive experience in production design, styling and artistic direction and has held senior management positions for well known lifestyle brands and some of Europes largest high street retailers.

Leah has established contacts with all leading talent agencies in the UK, Europe and beyond. 

Leah has experience risk assessing a wide range of product activity including working with children and young people, and is revelations designated safeguarding lead and also holds FPOSi (pre hospital care level c), advanced first aider for adults and paediatrics.

Peter is a studio and production leader building and developing strong teams of creative and studio experts. He has 20 years of experience interpreting complex creative media requirements for business, defining and controlling short and long-term strategic plans to deliver high-end creative, stills and motion content synonymous with brand requirements.

Successful track record as a leader with expertise gained from agency and in-house environments across creative, e-commerce, broadcast media and brand marketing. 

Providing the vision and inspiration for success, leading and motivating teams through change and growth whatever the size or scale.

Peter has created and implemented department policies and guidance to ensure alignment of media production activities to wider creative strategy. 

He is the business lead on all occupational safety and health issues, and ensures that OSH is embed into production planning and execution. Peter also holds FPOSi (pre hospital care level c), advanced first aid, and a range of OSH including NEBOSH National General Certificate, IOSH Certificate in Safety & Heath for Business, IOSH Safety Managment in TV & Film Production and a Diploma in Public (Protective) Servies.

Peter is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce, a Fellow of The Royal Photographic Society (&ASICI), Full Member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Managment, Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health.

Sian is a local authority licensed chaperone with a wealth of experience in working with children and young people in media production. Sian began her career as a production coordinator in the fashion industry with ASOS and has also worked extensively with lifestyle brands for campaign.

Sian is also qualified and highly experienced primary education teacher, she has a wealth of experience working with children and young people in both studio and higher risk location settings.

Sian has a strong commitment to ensuring children’s safety, well-being, and overall positive experience on shoots. She provided professional and reliable safeguarding and supervision whist maintaining a supportive and nurturing environment and adhering to all legal and regulatory compliance issues. She is a a trusted and valuable asset to any production team, ensuring that the welfare of the children and young people in their care is always the top priority, knowing that young talents are in capable hands.

Sian has undertaken advanced training for safeguarding children in both education and non education settings as well as IOSH safety managment in TV and Film Production.
